Overview

This position is primarily responsible for planning and directing activities of Project Management through leadership and by example.  Designs workflows and procedures, delegates work assignments, focuses on client communication, planning and process improvement; ensures that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within a prescribed time and budget.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage and develop client relationships
  • Manage Project Managers productivity and performance
  • Develop and provide necessary training to Project Managers
  • Manage projects & portfolio to meet Product Development monthly and offer revenue targets
  • Promote and foster a strong team culture & open a transparent line of communication internally and externally.
  • Provide support to sales team to obtain new business and expand current business from existing customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

EDUCATION:     

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
  • PMP

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Pharmaceutical experience
