  • Overview

     

    The Technical Services Administrative Assistant provides support the Validation group  and Maintenance group in the management of technical documentation, validation data and other administrative duties including filing, data entry and scheduling of manintenance employees.

     




    Responsibilities

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Assist in the management of process, cleaning and equipment validation documentation to include collating cGMP test data and results in validation package binders. 
    • Enter and verify test data results in excel spreadsheets.
    • Create and maintain equipment lists and cleaning validation excel spreadsheets.   
    • Assist validation personnel in preparation of sample bottle labels and reconciling sample counts
    • Provide clerical support including but not limited to word processing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, filing, document archive and retrieval functions.
    • Placing and following up on maintenance supply orders
    • Assisting with training of Cleaning staff via web based training system
    • Organize, catalog and maintain cGMP documentation in the Technical Services Documentation archive.
    • Enter cGMP data in Quality management software tracking systems
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

     

    EDUCATION:  

    • High School diploma or GED.
    • Post-secondary education desirable.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 1 to 2 years related experience
    • Working knowledge in Word and Excel 
    • Good aptitude in mathematics  
    • Experience with Trackwise a plus
